Permit Application Services

One of the most overwhelming parts of planning a new project can be the paperwork. We offer permit application and retrieval services. That’s peace of mind for as little as $100 plus municipal fees!

Our permit services include collecting all necessary information to obtain the permit, coordinating with your municipal zoning department, and obtaining your permit once it is approved.

Our permit application and retrieval services pricing is as follows: 

Standard Fee is $100 + municipal fees (includes most municipalities).
Premium Fee $150-$400 + municipal fees (for those municipalities that require a longer application process).

Our service includes a standard permit retrieval. This pricing does not include the cost of the permit or any applicable HOA fees. The customer is responsible for securing approval from HOA and any other relevant organizations that govern community design guidelines and requirements. We cannot offer this service for those jobs that require a variance or require attendance at township meetings to gain project approval.
