Permit Services for Fence Projects

Many municipalities require permits for new and replacement fences. As part of our next-level service, when you want us to install your fence, we offer a permit service as a tool to make your installation process even easier.

We will visit your property and inspect it for potential challenges, gather all the necessary paperwork and coordinate with your township, expedite the process, and obtain your permit. You don’t have to lift a finger!

STANDARD FEE: $285

THIS INCLUDES THE TOWNSHIP PERMIT COST.

PREMIUM FEE: $295*

The premium fee is charged for certain municipalities that have more complicated permit processes. Permits for pool fences often cost more than non-pool fences.

*This cost does not include the cost of the permit or any applicable HOA fees. This will be added to the cost above.
