After almost 60 years, we’ve decided to back up our fences with the Only Lifetime Workmanship Warranty in the fencing business. Our warranty is not a material warranty – it’s a Workmanship Warranty, which means we are covering the actual labor and workmanship that went into your fence. This includes things like leaning posts, loose pickets, and gate adjustments. Cedartech and ActiveYards products come with their own material warranties, but our Lifetime warranty goes above and beyond what those cover.

Great fences deserve great homes. Great work deserves great warranties. We train our Techs to the highest standards so that their workmanship is on point with each installation. Our pros make sure that your fence is installed correctly, with plumb posts and straight lines and properly functioning gates. You’ll have the best-looking fence in the neighborhood backed by a Lifetime workmanship warranty. No other warranty comes close. This is a non-transferrable warranty.

Gate Hinge, Latch and Self Closing adjustment
Fence leaning or shifting
Loose posts
Detached sections

LIMITED NON-WORKMANSHIP BONUS COVERAGES INCLUDED:

Premature decaying (3 years)
Complete wood splits (1 year)
Material warping (1 year)

Exceptions to the Warranty:

Repairs to existing fences are not covered.
When our materials are mixed with fence materials from another fence company, there is no coverage.
Dumpster fences are not covered by any warranty period.

* Excessive storm statement: When excessive storms hit our area, many fences unfortunately get damaged and are in need of repair. After a storm please allow additional time for us to get back to you. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

* Gate out of adjustment? Tree fall on your fence? Need a small project completed? No problem. We can do it, whether your fence is under warranty or not. If your fence has been damaged or you are out of warranty, or you have any other non-warranty needs, just fill out this form and provide as much detail as possible, including pictures, and our team will contact you within 3 business days.
