So you thought you were going to build your own deck this spring, and have it ready for summer, right? The plans you were checking out online looked pretty simple and straightforward…..and now you’re overwhelmed. Did we nail it?

We can help! We are professional deck installers and work with you every step of the way. We offer free consultation and free estimates, and can help you to get the deck that you’ve been hoping for, but couldn’t quite accomplish on your own.

Building a deck on your own is definitely doable, but even experts consider it a difficult project.  There are several things you'll want to have prepared prior to making a call to us to get started.

First, you should know at least the rough dimensions of the deck. This will give us an idea of the project's scope, both in terms of costs and materials.

Also, decide if your deck will have one or multiple levels. If there will be several levels, will they be connected by stairways? Will the deck be along any landscaping, or a pool or garden that we need to take into consideration during planning and installation?

You'll need to think about the material and finish you want for your deck surface. You'll have many choices, including traditional pressure-treated wood as well as composite decking. If you aren’t sure, we can show you samples to help you decide.

The last thing to think about is if you want your deck design to include any special features, such as a fire pit or outdoor fireplace, a barbecue or dining area.

We can help you with all of these decisions for your deck, including helping you to navigate the permits you will need for your municipality. Let us help you through the process. We will make it easy for you to get a new deck that you will be happy with for many years to come.
